Healthy-looking snowflakes drifted through all day on Saturday. Lithe yet robust. I wandered a bit, still feeling like I wanted to do something, but also like my miles-per-week seem to have gotten substantially higher a little bit faster than intended. Nothing exciting. I just want to keep increases at a sustainable level.
Not that I necessarily know what that means.
However.
I am getting curious about finding out.
Anyway: Cross training day.
